Topic: Godly HR: Transforming your HR
HR mostly functions on a transaction basis, with HR participating in employee hiring, firing, and discipline, with a heavy dose of form completion.  What if HR functioned on a transformation basis? HR would model Christ-likeness and assist the employees in being transformed to be more like Jesus. HR cannot avoid the forms, the laws and the regulations, but it can view them through the lens of serving the church or ministry to become a model employer in the Kingdom.  This session will address compliance and law changes through this lens.
