What are these FastTrack pre-conference seminars?

This year's conference FastTracks (pre-conference intensive seminars) will be held on Wednesday, July 18th, the day of the conference's evening opening event. They are intensive seminars focused on professional network disciplines. Individuals may attend these seminars as stand-alone events at $149 each (lunch, conference launch, evening meal and TradeShow access included) or add on to a full conference registration for just $99. Why should I stay in one of TCN's conference hotels? 
The Church Network has contracted with five hotels near the convention center in order to provide you with convenience to the convention center and a variety of pricing options. The Hilton Riverside is our headquarters hotel and the property where we have the most rooms reserved. We have guaranteed with the hotels that we will fill a certain number of rooms. If you stay in a hotel that is not in our room block, you may save your church or yourself a few dollars, but you could cost the association the entire cost of an unfilled room. It is vitally important that all attendees and exhibitors stay in one of our hotels. The financial penalties to the association for not filling our room blocks are substantial and can cause great harm to the association's finances. Support TCN, stay in our hotels.


Tell me more about tickets? 

You will receive tickets for certain meals and events base on your registration. These will automatically appear in you cart. You may purchase extra tickets for those meals for your spouse and guests. In addition, you will be able to purchase tickets for denominational/network events. 


What happened to the combined registrations? 
There is no longer combined denominational registrations. Denominational event tickets can be purchased in the ticket section. Methodists & Presbyterians each have several events and can buy a bundle of tickets that are discounted over the individual ticket cost. A participant can buy a bundle and then add individual tickets for spouse/guest.


Do I have to decide about workshops now? 
No, but it is helpful to us for you to give us your best thoughts on what you want to attend. It helps us decided what size room to use and be prepared for you. If you get to conference and decide you want to go to a different workshop that is fine.


What is the cancellation policy?
By May 1, $50.00 administrative fee. May 2 - June 1, $100.00 fee. After June 1, NO REFUND. Notice must be received in writing. We can do a one-time registration fee transfer to the Charlotte 2019 conference less a $50.00 administrative fee.
