Housing Pirates are "in our waters" again
Please note, neither the Global Travel Association nor The Global Expo Travel Group are authorized to sell rooms on behalf of TCN. They are calling exhibitors with a pitch that implies they are our representatives. If you are contacted by someone asking if you need a room for The Church Network Conference in July, or if they represent themselves as calling from The Church Network, please get as much information as you can, such as the name of the company, the person calling, and the phone number. Then contact our national office at 800-898-8085 or email us at info@thechurchnetwork.com. The Church Network’s official housing partner is Experient, Inc.
The Church Network has worked diligently with the hotels in New Orleans to protect you and secure the best room rates at preferred hotels. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations by any company or hotel provider other than Experient is not approved by The Church Network.
It has come to our attention that an unauthorized party has set up a pirate housing website. This website is in no way associated with the 2018 Annual Meeting, or Experient.
Please be aware of scams, where someone calls or emails you, posing as the “official housing provider.” It is important to note that The Church Network does not solicit “special offer” lodging reservations. Our official housing partner is Experient, Inc. All lodging reservations should be made directly through our official housing partner via this link. Do not provide credit card information to anyone other than our official housing partner.
Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
Click here to verify your hotel reservation or book a new reservation if you do not have one within the official 2018 Annual Meeting hotel block. Rooms are still available at the discounted group rates until June 14th. We ask that all exhibitors stay at our headquarters hotel, the Hilton Riverside.
