Yes, if you are a member, other members from your church can attend at the member price. When they login to register, and are associated with your church, the site will recognize that your church has at least one member.
FastTracks are pre-conference intensive seminars, focusing on one area of church administration. They are held on Tuesday, July 15th, during the day before the first general session. The FastTracks are from 8:30am-3:30pm. Individuals may attend these seminars as stand-alone events at $449 each for members and $649 for non-members (also includes light breakfast, lunch, opening general session, evening meal and tradeshow) or add on to a full conference registration for just $149 for members or $449 for non-members. Daily registration includes the general session, workshops, access to the trade show and lunch for days 2 & 3. On day 1, it includes the FastTrack instead of workshops, as well as dinner.
Registration fees include admission to 4 General sessions, workshops, trade show and the following meals: Tuesday dinner, Wednesday lunch, Thursday lunch, and brunch on Friday.
Breakfast is on your own each day, unless you are registered for a FastTrack. The Tuesday FastTracks will include a light continental breakfast. The Hilton in Omaha has breakfast offerings in the lobby of the hotel, as well as coffee for purchase. Network events such as breakfasts, lunches, banquets, or special events are ticketed events which have additional costs
No, but you are welcomed to post a note in the TCN Church Work App to sell the meal tickets to people who might be one-day registrants or need tickets for family.
Yes, we have rooms within our room block, and your pastor/guests can take advantage of our discounted conference rate.

You may claim sales tax exemption in the State of Nebraska. You can follow this link to complete an application.
It is not required, but it's really convenient – just right across the street from the convention center and attached by a skybridge. It is also greatly appreciated, because it supports our overall conference plan. Beware of last-minute “housing pirates” promising big discounts. They are a serious problem for all associations and TCN is no exception. Staying at the conference hotel also gives you more opportunity to interact with others. Parking is complimentary for TCN Guests staying at the Hilton Omaha. Parking at the convention center is $10.00/day with no in and out.
First Timers
There is a First-timers Orientation scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, at 4:00 p.m. If you are a first-timer, this is a fun, must-attend event! Meet The Church Network Board of Directors and get primed for a great conference ahead.
Spouses and Family
No, meals are an additional cost as indicated on the registration form. Be sure to provide your spouse’s name on the registration form to ensure your spouse will receive a name badge.
Yes, there will be a special event at the ballpark for the College World Series on Wednesday evening. This requires a special event ticket, so be sure to add that to your registration.
Please note: If your spouse/children are coming with you to the conference and want to accompany you, they will need name badges and tickets for any event they plan to attend.
Extra tickets must be purchased before June 13th.
Your registration includes one set of meal tickets (indicated by asterisk on order form) for you; however, you will need to purchase extra tickets for the meals/events for your guests, if they plan to attend. Extra tickets can be purchased when you register, or by contacting Tammy Mirau at tammy@thechurchnetwork.com if you have already registered.
There will be no meal tickets sold at the conference. Meal Tickets must be purchased before June 13th (see Registration Form), in order for TCN to give accurate meal counts to the convention center.
Workshops
You can sign up for workshops when you register online. If you have already submitted a paper registration, there is a paper workshop selection sheet you can email to tammy@thechurchnetwork.com.
Special Event
This year all attendees are invited to purchase tickets to the special event held on Wednesday, July 16th. We will be going to the Charles Schwab Field Omaha where they hold the College World Series to eat, play games, and fellowship. Thursday evening, July 17th is the date when denominational groups will be hosting events.
Cancellation
For cancellations received prior to May 5th, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel between May 13th and June 9th, there is a cancellation fee of $200. After June 9th, there is no refund. You can do a one-time transfer to the conference in 2026. There is a $100 transfer fee.

Transportation
Eppley Filed (OMA) is the largest airport in Nebraska and is conveniently less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

Certification Ceremony
The certification ceremony will take place on Wednesday morning, July 16, during the general session. CCA candidates should arrive in the General Session meeting space no later than 7:45 am for the rehearsal.
Conference City
Denominational groups are planning their events for Thursday night, and we have the special event at the ballpark on Wednesday night. You are welcome to come in a day or two before conference, or stay a few days after to experience Omaha’s award-winning Henry Doorly Zoo, Boystown, or some of the other unique Nebraska attractions.
The average high temperature for July is 88°, the average low is 67°, and the average humidity is 51%, so dress accordingly. Please note: The temperature in the convention center may be cool, so we suggest you always bring a jacket or sweater to ensure comfort.
Attire

Meals
Most breakfasts are on your own. There is a brunch for all (cost included in registration) on Friday, and a light continental breakfast will be provided for those who are registered for a FastTrack on Tuesday.
Exhibitors
Monday evening, before the conference begins, would be best. Some denominational groups are having dinners or special events on Thursday, and there is a special event for everyone on Wednesday night at the baseball field. We would love for our exhibitors to join us at the ballfield on Wednesday. It will be lots of fun and a great time to get to know each other better.
One-day Trade Show passes are $200 each and include access to the Trade Show and lunch for that day as well as refreshment breaks. Does not include workshops.
Two exhibitor registrations come with each booth registration. There is $200 registration charge for each additional person who will be in the booth at any time during the trade show regardless of the number of days worked. This registration includes a name badge and lunch meal tickets for the days of the trade show.
Booth assignments will begin in March for those who have signed up to exhibit with us. Assignments are made based on the order Exhibit Contracts are received.
Yes. If your company is presenting an exhibitor workshop, the workshop speaker must be registered in your booth; you will have to pay the extra fee.
No.TCN’s costs for the exhibiting remain the same.
