Be Aware of Housing Scams
Please note, neither the Global Travel Association nor The Global Expo Travel Group are authorized to sell rooms on behalf of TCN. They are calling exhibitors with a pitch that implies they are our representatives. If you are contacted by someone asking if you need a room for The Church Network Conference in July, or if they represent themselves as calling from The Church Network, please get as much information as you can, such as the name of the company, the person calling, and the phone number. Then contact our national office at 800-898-8085 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Church Network has worked diligently with the hotels in Charlotte to protect you and secure the best room rates at preferred hotels. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations by any company or hotel provider is not approved by The Church Network.
It has come to our attention that an unauthorized party has set up a pirate housing website. This website is in no way associated with the 2020 Annual Meeting.
Please be aware of scams, where someone calls or emails you, posing as the “official housing provider.” It is important to note that The Church Network does not solicit “special offer” lodging reservations. All lodging reservations should be made directly through our accommodations page thru this link. Do not provide credit card information to anyone other than one of our hotel representatives.
Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
Click here to verify your hotel reservation or book a new reservation if you do not have one within the official 2020 Annual Meeting hotel block. Rooms are still available at the discounted group rates until June 15th. We ask that all exhibitors stay at our headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency Orlando, which is across the street from the Orange County Convention Center .
