The Church Network is a 501(c)3 professional association of churches and individuals incorporated in the state of Minnesota. It is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, elected by its members. The board works under the Carver Policy Governance model and meets approximately ten times per year. The governing documents are posted here, as well as other documents that can be reviewed prior to the next annual business meeting of the organization.
