At the core of networking is gathering. TCN seeks to bring individuals together to learn, share common concerns, support each other, and discover that common phrase we hear, "me, too!" Don't go it alone!

The Annual Conference

The annual TCN national conference, usually held in July, is a time when attendees have opportunity to network with other administrative leaders, attend workshops where they learn about updates on crucial topics pertinent to administration, and discuss new products and services offered by trade show exhibitors. All of these experiences are couched with renewing friendships and meeting new friends. The venue changes each year, so the national conference provides an opportunity to see new sights and enjoy historic locations and regional cuisine.

A Pre-con part of the annual conference is offered the day before the full conference begins. These one-day intensive offerings in FastTracks are designed for those in administrative leadership who have focus on more specific responsibilities: accounting, HR, facilities, communications, or executive pastor. These sessions are available to regular conference attendees, but require a separate registration for the FastTrack sessions.

Regional Events

Each year TCN national hosts several regional events. They include metro regional round-tables and other training events calendared as needed and resources allow.


Approximately monthly, TCN hosts a web based training event themed around one of the fourteen domains of knowledge.
