The best practice for a church is to affirm the Lord’s sovereignty in the life of that fellowship, recognize property and buildings are mere tools to enhance a church’s ministry, avoid acting from a position of fear and lack of knowledge, but, instead, commit yourself to examine a prospective site with reason and an objectivity toward developing a future site that is fully suitable to the life and ministry plans of the church.
