Development of an Employment Policies Handbook
The intent is to take the informal, unwritten procedures of the church regarding employee relations and develop them into a written manual to be used as a reference tool in the hiring and day-to-day oversight of church staff. The project will take into consideration the current practices already in place and match them with state and federal laws pertaining to personnel and human resource management.
